Norfolk Halloween Cruise 2026: Halloween on the Spirit of Norfolk

Norfolk, Halloween is coming to the water.

On Saturday, October 31, 2026, Promoter Jay is bringing the Norfolk Halloween Cruise to the Spirit of Norfolk for a full night of costumes, music, food, dancing, and good vibes on the water.

If you're looking for something different to do for Halloween in Norfolk, this is one night you may want to put on the calendar now.

2026 Norfolk Halloween Cruise — Saturday, October 31, 2026. Spirit of Norfolk, 333 Waterside Drive, Norfolk, VA 23510. VIP & Birthday Boarding: 10:40 PM. General Boarding: 11:00 PM. Departure: 11:30 PM. Return: 1:30 AM.

This isn't your typical Halloween party. You're getting dressed up, meeting your friends, boarding the Spirit of Norfolk, and spending Halloween night cruising the waterfront with music playing and the Norfolk skyline around you.

What to Expect at the Norfolk Halloween Cruise — First things first: come in costume. Halloween is the perfect excuse to have some fun with your look. Come scary, funny, glamorous, creative, or completely unexpected. Bring your date, your friends, your birthday group, or come out and meet some new people.

We're also planning a costume contest, so if you've been waiting for an excuse to put some work into that costume, this is it.

Music All Night — The DJ will be keeping the party moving with a mix of Hip-Hop, Top 40, Soca, R&B, and Reggae. Whether you want to dance all night or just relax with a drink and enjoy the waterfront, there's plenty going on once we leave the dock.

Buffet Included — Nobody wants to spend Halloween night hungry. Your cruise experience includes a buffet, giving you the chance to grab something to eat while enjoying the music and the party. Come hungry. Leave happy.

Halloween on the Water — There's a reason a Halloween cruise feels different from a regular Halloween party. The lights of Norfolk are around you. The water is underneath you. The music is going. Everybody is dressed up. And for a few hours, you're not sitting in the same old bar or nightclub. You're on a boat.

Discounted Norfolk Halloween Cruise Tickets — We've made discounted tickets available through PromoPass. Use promo code CRUISELOVE and get your discounted tickets through PromoPass.online. You can also find event information and ticket links through PromoterJay.com.

Celebrating a Birthday? — Halloween weekend is already a great time to celebrate a birthday. Birthday packages are available, including early boarding and birthday seating options. If you're celebrating with a group, make sure you check the available birthday package when purchasing your tickets.

Norfolk, Get Your Costume Ready — Halloween is Saturday, October 31st, and we're bringing it to the water. Grab your friends. Start working on the costume. Make your plans now.
